This Czech movie (in Czech language called "Three Nuts For Cinderella") from early seventies (1973) is a true classic. Filmed in a beautiful Czech countryside with gorgeous costumes (and despite decaying buildings because of the communist regime), it was an instant hit among all generations and in many European countries as well. From then on it become a tradition that the Czech television plays this fairy-tale every year during Christmas time. It is not much known in the USA, which is too bad. Certainly, this fairy-tale would be much loved by many children and adults in America.
